All books sold via this website are printed and fulfilled through our partner BoD (Books on Demand). As print-on-demand products are made specifically to order, refunds or returns are generally not possible once an order has been placed.
Exeptions
Exceptions may apply in the following cases:

The book arrives damaged or defective.

The wrong item was delivered.

The order was lost in shipping.
In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with proof (photos of the defect/damage). We will coordinate with BoD to arrange a replacement or refund.
